Security Bank bares a temporary 8-hour outage of services at the weekend

Some of the services accessible by all Security Bank Corp. clients will not be available for 8 hours at the coming weekend.

In an advisory, the Sanjiv Vohra-led lender announced the outage of various services beginning at midnight on March 12, 2022 to 8:00 A.M. the following morning, March 13, 2022.

According to Security Bank, the scheduled system activity will affect its automated teller machines, CAMs, its online and mobile app, its DigiBanker service, its cash and trade portal, IVRS, the eGiveCash, online transactions and POS and event its website.

Vohra asked valued clients to carefully schedule their transactions well before the cited period of outage to avoid inconvenience.

A hotline (02)8887-9188 had been provided for clients with other concerns.
