The Manufacturers Life Insurance Co. (Phils.), Inc. (Manulife Philippines) has announced the appointment of Sailesh Nalinakshan as Chief Agency Officer (CAO) and Grace M. Mallabo as Chief Health and Product Officer (CHPO).
Mr. Nalinakshan will oversee an expanded role focusing on digitalization, sales, talent recruitment, and data analytics-based decision-making.
Meanwhile, Ms. Mallabo will be leading health strategy, product development, and management to address the increasing demand for life insurance products in the Philippines.
