Cocolife has opened a new office at Spark Place in Cubao, Quezon City, reinforcing the Filipino-owned life insurer’s focus on maintaining a physical presence to serve policyholders.
President and CEO Martin Loon led the opening ceremony, describing the company’s branches as the backbone of its customer relationships and service delivery.
“The real heart and marrow of Cocolife are its branches,” Loon said, underscoring their importance in connecting the insurer with clients.
Loon, who has been with Cocolife for nearly a decade, said his interactions with policyholders continued to remind him of the company’s purpose.
