Manulife PH recently launched the “Manulife Shop,” an online platform which offers annually renewable insurance products allowing customers to select their coverage based on their budget. The Manulife Shop aims to provide spontaneous, expedient, and frictionless customer experience to suit the need of the digitally inclined Filipinos. Bankero Rahul Hora said the plan is in line with the firm’s ambition to be the most digital, customer-centric global company in the industry.
