ATRAM Group has partnered with the brokerage arm of Philippine National Bank to offer professionally managed unit investment trust funds (UITFs) to clients within the Lucio Tan-led bank’s investment ecosystem.
The agreement between ATRAM and Philippine National Bank Securities Inc. (PNBSI) was signed on Sept. 18 by PNB President and CEO Edwin Bautista and ATRAM Group President and CEO Deanno Basas.
Under the partnership, ATRAM will provide product development and portfolio management expertise, while PNB Securities will serve as ATRAM’s institutional trust agent, handling client onboarding, transactions and servicing.
PNB Wealth Management will provide advisory support tailored to clients’ financial goals, risk profiles and investment horizons.
The tie-up expands PNBSI’s open-architecture investment offerings, which include trust banking, fixed income, foreign exchange, equities, real estate investment trusts, exchange-traded funds and capital markets products.
The expanded platform will serve corporate, retail and high-net-worth clients, ATRAM said in a social media post announcing the partnership.
