UnionBank employees got some face time with bilyonaryo Sabin Aboitiz as he shared his take on how technology and collaboration are reshaping banking.
Speaking at SuperDuperCon 2026, Aboitiz discussed digital transformation and ways to create more value while opening new opportunities for growth.
The session brought employees into the conversation, giving them a chance to hear directly from one of the Aboitiz Group’s top leaders about navigating shifts in the financial industry.
“Together, we’re not just preparing for the future of banking; we’re actively shaping it,” UnionBank said in a social media post.
Aboitiz is president and CEO of the Aboitiz Group and a director of UnionBank. He also serves as strategic convenor of the Marcos administration’s Private Sector Advisory Council.
Super Duper Conversation, or SuperDuperCon, is the Aboitiz Group’s monthly internal town hall, bringing together employees from across the conglomerate for discussions with its leaders.
