Philippine Veterans Bank and the Filipino-American Memorial Endowment (FAME) are inviting bikers to join “Ride for Valor,” a fund-raising activity to commemorate “Araw ng Kagitingan.”
The event will take place on April 9, 2023, following the route of the historical 160-km Bataan Death March.
The proceeds from the event will fund the maintenance of World War II heritage sites, such as the Death March Markers on the route, which have been destroyed, uprooted, and neglected due to accidents and road projects.
Participants will receive a free t-shirt and cap, meals at select pit stops, visits to WW2 museums, and other freebies.
The registration deadline is April 4, 2023.
