Union Bank of the Philippines has appointed a new vice president in its retail banking division, according to a regulatory filing.
The Aboitiz-led lender named Anna Katrina Y. Ponce as head of deposit and debit category and segment marketing under its retail segments and channel marketing group, effective June 16.
Her role covers deposit products, debit card usage and segment marketing within the bank’s retail operations.
UnionBank also said Carlota P. Jose, senior corporate solutions manager and assistant vice president, resigned effective June 16. The bank did not disclose the reason for her departure and did not name a successor.
Corporate solutions units typically handle services for business and institutional clients, including cash management and payment systems.
