UnionBank announces systems update impacting service availability on June 19, 2023

Union Bank of the Philippines (UnionBank) has announced that it will be conducting a systems update activity to work on adding new product features.

The said systems update will affect the availability of certain services on June 19, 2023, from 12:00AM to 4:00AM.

During this period, online InstaPay transfers (inward and outward), ATM balance inquiry, ATM withdrawals and in-store credit card transactions will be temporarily unavailable.

The bank advised its customers to plan their transactions accordingly.
