Union Bank of the Philippines announced the passing of Mr. Ronaldo Francisco B. Peralta, Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer on 19 October 2022. Mr. Peralta served as the bank’s CRO since he joined the institution on 3 November 2014. Prior to joining Unionbank, Mr. Peralta held the positions of Head-Wholesale Credit Decisioning at Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. (Philippines), Head-Corporate Banking Group at Bank of the Philippine Islands and Chief of Staff at Citibank NA.
