Three UnionBank VPs quit

Union Bank of the Philippines said three vice presidents have resigned, marking another round of senior‑level departures at one of the country’s largest lenders.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, UnionBank said the resignations cover officers across corporate banking, analytics and private banking, all tagged as “voluntary” and effective early April.

Stepping down are Anna Roxane Matsuda, relationship manager for corporate banking and vice president, and Anna Beatriz Gonzalez, financial planning and analytics officer and assistant vice president, both effective April 1.

Also leaving is Ralph Sylvester Alo, private banking center lead and vice president, effective April 4.

The bank did not disclose replacements for the three officers.

Corporate banking remains a core revenue driver, while financial planning and analytics support strategy and balance sheet management. Private banking serves high-net-worth clients, a segment banks have been targeting for growth.
