CIMB Philippines aims to further expand its customer base in 2025 through a partnership with e-commerce giant Lazada.
The Malaysian lender is now offering a digital savings account for Lazada users called LazSave, which is accessible via the online shopping platform.
Those who sign up for a new CIMB bank account through Lazada until January 31, 2025 can enjoy a 1% rebate on their purchases for the first three months of 2025, with the exclusion of digital goods.
CIMB is also giving a boost to Lazada’s “Buy Now, Pay Later” option by offering a 12-month installment period for purchases made through the shopping app.
Shoppers can also pay for their purchases in a month at zero interest through CIMB.
