The marketing and communications head of Frederick Dy’s Security Bank Corp. unloaded some shares a few days before Valentine’s Day.
Patricia Tan, senior vice president and head of marketing and communications at Security Bank, sold 4,900 shares at a price range of P114.1 to P114.3 per share last February 11.
Tan took home close to P560,000 from the sale.
The transaction brought Tan’s shareholdings down to 15,000 from 19,900.
Prior to her ongoing stint in Security Bank, Tan was head of cards marketing at Aboitiz-led Union Bank of the Philippines, head of OFW segment at Lucio Tan-owned Philippine National Bank, and head of marketing at Ayala-led Globe Telecom.
