After netizens praised bankero Tony Macupa, a photo of one of the bank’s branches proudly campaigning for the presidency of Leni Robredo and vice presidency of Kiko Pangilinan got viral on social media.
On Facebook, the post has garnered thousands of shares and likes, showing an EastWest Bank branch displaying Leni and Kiko’s campaign materials on its windows.
Moncupa is the president and CEO of the Gotianun-led bank.
One wrote: “Salamat EastWest Bank sa pagtindig! Imagine if si LBM inendorse ng bangko mo.”
