Bankero, RCBC’s Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation and Inclusion Officer, Lito Villanueva, shared insights into the bank’s transformation into a leading digital challenger bank through RCBC Moneybela Barangayan Banking, and emphasized the importance of financial inclusion and digital access.
These led to RCBC’s notable achievements and expanded presence in rural areas, contributing to the bank’s growth and strengthening its position in the financial sector, according to the Bankero.
Additionally, Villanueva participated in a panel discussion on data center growth and innovation as part of the event’s Data Center Track, highlighting the Philippines’ role as an emerging hyperscaler hub in the Asia Pacific region.
