PSBank rewards shareholders with P0.75 cash dividend

Philippine Saving Bank (PSBank) led by bankero Jose Vicente Alde has rewarded shareholders with a cash dividend of P0.75 per share for the second quarter of the year.

The bankero said the Board of Directors of the country’s largest thrift bank passed a resolution declaring a 7.5 percent regular cash divided for the second quarter amounting to P320.14 million.

“This will be payable to all common stockholders as of the record date of

August 5, 2022 and will be paid no later than the payment date of August 22, 2022,” Alde said.

PSBank is the thrift banking arm of Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. owned by the family of the late taipan George SK Ty.
