UnionBank Chief Technology and Operations Officer/ Chief Transformation Officer Henry Aguda recognizes the importance of balancing technology and people.
In a Facebook post, the bankero extended his gratitude to fellow educator who participated in one of his classes in UP. He wrote: “Thank you to my friend and UP co-faculty Cathy Laniog for lending us her expertise on process mapping. She made the discussion interesting by sharing how it was done in UnionBank.”
He added that in digital transformation, people should always be the priority and making services easier and more accessible for them.
“I agree that in digital transformation, there should be a balance of process, technology and people.”
