It wasn’t all interest rates and market moves when some of the country’s familiar finance heavyweights got together.
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Governor Eli Remolona Jr. recently hit the greens with former Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, HSBC Philippines treasurer and Head of Markets and Securities Services Corrie Purisima, and former Bankers Association of the Philippines managing director Cesar Virtusio.
Corrie shared a photo of the group on the golf course, clubs in hand and seemingly enjoying a rare break from their usual business engagements.
The outing gave the foursome a chance to swap meetings and market talk for some sunshine, good conversation and a few swings.
“Always enjoyable to step away from the usual business discussions to reenergize under the sun. Great company and good conversations, and, as always, a few shots we would like to have back!” Corrie wrote.
