Business and social media platform LinkedIn has included Metrobank as one of the country’s top companies for this year.
According to the website, companies listed are recognized for offering stability in the changing world of work—the ones that are attracting employees and retaining them.
Data across seven pillars were considered in the list, including the ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, and spread of educational backgrounds.
Metrobank was recognized for its employee wellness programs especially during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. LinkedIn cited: “The company offers programs to support its employees’ emotional and mental well-being.”
