Security Bank, led by the family of bilyonaryo Frederick Dy, has expanded its footprint in Metro Manila with the opening of a branch-lite in Makati, marking its third branch along Ayala Avenue.
Located on the ground floor of Noble Square 6762, this new unit brings the bank’s total branch count in the Philippines to 348.
“BetterBanking isn’t just a promise—it’s a commitment. A commitment to meet our customers where they are, to serve them the way they deserve, and to constantly raise the bar on what banking can be. The opening of this third branch on Ayala Avenue is tangible proof of that commitment. It’s about adding more access, more convenience, and more personalized service to a community that has trusted us,” said Sanjiv Vohra, president and CEO of Security Bank.
The branch-lite model offers a simplified banking experience, providing essential services in a more efficient manner while reducing the complexities of traditional bank branches.
This is part of Security Bank’s broader strategy to enhance customer service with quicker transactions and greater accessibility.
“This is our way of saying: we’re listening. We see the demand, we hear your needs, and we’re acting on them. Because BetterBanking means fewer lines, faster service, and always a friendly face ready to help—whenever and wherever you need us,” Vohra added.
The new branch is operational from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. The addition of this unit highlights Security Bank’s ongoing commitment to expanding its services and providing more convenient banking solutions to customers in key business areas.
