Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (Metrobank) has appointed Maricel L. Madrid as controller, granting her the rank of First Vice President.
Madrid, who has been with Metrobank for more than two years as Deputy Head of the Controllership Group, brings 20 years of experience in audit and banking, with expertise in accounting, audit, risk management, financial control, and IT support.
The appointment was approved by Metrobank’s board of directors at its regular meeting on September 17.
