Landbank expands financial inclusion in Guimaras with new ATMs

In its commitment to bringing convenient banking services to more Filipinos, the Land Bank of the Philippines (Landbank) has expanded its presence in Guimaras province by installing two new automated teller machines (ATMs) in the towns of Sibunag and San Lorenzo.

The strategic locations of these ATMs aim to serve residents from 25 barangays, including farmers, fishers, local government employees, teachers, and other depositors.

The new ATMs will also benefit over 7,600 beneficiaries of the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s Conditional and Unconditional Cash Transfer programs, providing faster and more efficient payout services.

This expansion aligns with Landbank’s goal of advancing financial inclusion and supporting the national government’s inclusive development agenda.

The availability of Landbank ATMs in these remote areas not only brings greater convenience to residents but also promotes financial literacy and formal financial access.

Landbank remains the sole banking institution present in all five municipalities of Guimaras province, solidifying its commitment to serving the banking needs of the local community.
