Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines (ICCP), a leading independent investment house, has successfully arranged ₱1.25 billion in loan facilities to support the expansion plans of Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO), the residential development arm of the ICCP Group.
The funding consists of two 7-year term loans worth ₱500 million each, provided by the Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCOM) and the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI).
BPI also extended a ₱250-million short-term working capital line to further bolster Pueblo de Oro’s financial resources.
The funds will be allocated to various key projects, including township and residential developments in Cagayan de Oro, as well as Pueblo de Oro Townscapes Malvar and Pueblo de Oro Courtyards Lipa in Batangas. Further expansions in subdivisions located in Pueblo de Oro Pampanga are also part of the initiative.
“ICCP is proud to support Pueblo de Oro on its mission to develop climate-adapted townships,” said Valentino Bagatsing, chairman and CEO of ICCP. “These partnerships with PBCOM and BPI strengthen PDO’s commitment to fostering sustainable countryside development.”
PDO president and COO Prim Nolido echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the company’s dedication to delivering high-quality residential spaces. “This financing will enable us to continue developing exceptional living spaces that meet the needs and aspirations of Filipino families,” Nolido said.
The funding will accelerate Pueblo de Oro’s efforts to enhance its presence in key regions, offering innovative and eco-friendly living spaces that align with the aspirations of Filipino families.
