Singapore-based payment platform HitPay has collaborated with Filipino consumer finance app BillEase to provide SMEs with a card-free installment payment option for customers.
Through BillEas, three interest rate options between 0% and 3.49% will be offered by online and offline retailers.
SMEs can access a comprehensive range of payment infrastructure and methods with a free account on HitPay, which also provides free business software, including a free website builder, in-app POS system, no-code e-commerce plugins, and an invoice generator, without any setup or subscription fees.
Aditya Haripurkar, CEO and Co-founder of HitPay said, “We are glad to partner with BillEase to empower SMEs with easy, accessible digital payments. This partnership with BillEase allows us to continue to support the unique needs of our merchants, and build the best payment gateway for small businesses.”
Meanwhile, Georg Steiger, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of BillEase said that the company is excited to play a part in promoting a cash-lite economy through solutions like HitPay.
“This partnership highlights our shared values of providing flexible and transparent POS financing for retailers and their customers. With HitPay, BillEase can offer inclusive options for retailers, especially SMEs, to help them grow and thrive,” he added.
HitPay was launched in the Philippines in 2022 and obtained an Operator of Payment System (OPS) registration from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) earlier this month.
