Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. (Metrobank) will temporarily shut down several banking services from 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 4 until 6 a.m. on Sept. 5 for scheduled system maintenance.
The Arthur Ty-led bank said affected services include ATMs, cash accept machines, withdrawal and deposit machines, as well as debit cards, prepaid cards and paycards.
The Metrobank App and online banking platform will also be unavailable, along with the Earnest App, Wealth Manager and remittance services.
“Please plan your transactions ahead. We apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured that your accounts remain safe and secure,” Metrobank said.
The bank said it would notify customers once services are restored.
