Fintech offers study-now-pay-later plans for yuppies

Young professionals looking to boost their entrepreneurial credentials may now upskill or reskill themselves without having to bust their wallets.

The local fintech startup BillEase has partnered with the global online educational platform for entrepreneurs called Refocus to make learning readily accessible and affordable at the same time.

Its online offerings for now include only courses in Project Management, Digital Marketing Management and Quality Assurance designed with the entrepreneur, startup CEOs, e-commerce founders and people looking for a career in the digital sphere and information technology sector in mind.

BillEase is a buy now, pay later payment solution for e-commerce and their customers launched in 2017 by the First Digital Finance Corporation, itself a fintech offering retail credit products in Southeast Asia.

It said its methods have benefited more than 5,000 fintech executive graduates in India and Russia.
