Unionbank Chief Technology and Operations Officer Henry Aguda was proud to share another milestone in the Philippine banking industry, led by none other than UB itself.
In a Facebook post, the Bankero updated friends and followers that the bank has partnered with select government agencies to increase the Filipino’s awareness of cybercrimes.
“Another milestone in the banking industry. The DOJ, BSP and BAP signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This MOU will raise cybersecurity awareness and combat cybercrime in the country,” he cited a news report.
Aguda uploaded a screenshot of the MOU signing with members of the stakeholders.
