Philippine Veterans Bank president Yul Catabran opened the floor to employees nationwide in a virtual town hall, sharing updates on the bank and taking questions from staff.
The “President’s Hour” brought employees from across the country together for a question-and-answer session with Catabran, giving them an opportunity to hear directly from the bank’s chief.
Veterans Bank Stakeholder and Engagement Group Head Mike Villa-Real said several teams worked together to organize the event, which he saw as a sign of growing collaboration across the bank.
“As a longtime Veteran Banker, perhaps this is a small but meaningful proof that we’re moving beyond silos, working more as One Veterans Bank, with different teams pulling in the same direction,” Villa-Real said.
