Exodus at UnionBank continues, 2 more execs quit

The exodus of officials at Union Bank of the Philippines headed by bankero Edwin Bautista persists as two more executives tendered their resignations.

UnionBank vice president and head of enterprise communication collaboration and security, Paulo Martin Santos, tendered his resignation effective March 18 due to personal reasons.

Likewise, UnionBank assistant vice president and equities portfolio manager Benigno Zialcita IV resigned effective March 21 due to a change in career.

Two executives of the Aboitiz-led bank tendered their resignations early this month.

UnionBank assistant vice president and UBX general counsel Nathan Marasigan tendered his resignation effective March 4, while UnionBank’s compliance officer and assistant vice president Richard Rigonan will leave the bank on March 9.
