DragonFi, the brokerage arm of bilyonaryo Injap Sia’s DoubleDragon Properties, has announced new withdrawal policy changes effective December 1, 2024.
The revised policy aims to enhance transaction efficiency and security. Key changes include a ₱100 fee for failed check deposits to closed or invalid accounts, even those from major banks like BDO and LandBank. Additionally, inter-branch and provincial deposits will incur extra charges based on bank rates.
To streamline the process and minimize delays, DragonFi urges customers to ensure their bank account names match their DragonFi account names. The company also recommends enrolling alternative bank accounts, particularly UnionBank, BPI, or BDO, for faster processing.
The brokerage firm emphasized its commitment to improving customer experience through these policy adjustments.
