DBP to set up shop at new Imus City Government Center

State-run Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) will open a branch at the new Imus City Government Center in Cavite as part of efforts to expand access to banking services.

DBP representatives and Imus Mayor Alex Advincula signed a memorandum of agreement for the establishment of the branch.

The lender said the partnership supports its push to broaden financial access across the country.

Advincula said having a DBP branch at the government center would make banking services more accessible to Imus residents and help speed up transactions.

“Mas magiging accessible na po ang mahahalagang banking services para sa mga Imuseño para sa mas episyenteng transaksyon,” Advincula said in a separate social media post.

DBP is a state-owned development bank that provides financing to local governments and businesses, including for infrastructure and other development projects.
