CTBC Bank (Philippines) Corp. has tapped software and technology firm Lightweight Global Tech Solutions Corp. to overhaul its corporate website as part of the bank’s broader digital transformation program.
The revamped website will feature a responsive design across devices and serve as a gateway to CTBC Bank’s digital services, including retail and corporate net banking and online customer onboarding.
The bank said the platform will also be designed to accommodate new digital banking services as they are rolled out.
CTBC Bank said the upgrade is aimed at making it easier for customers to access information and its growing range of online banking services through a single platform.
