CIMB Pay now available: Earn up to P200 cash back on QR transactions

CIMB Bank Philippines, the country’s leading digital-only commercial bank, has launched CIMB Pay, a new feature in its mobile app, offering a 10% cashback on transactions made until Feb. 28, 2025.

Customers who transact at least ₱500, either in single or cumulative transactions using CIMB Pay, will be eligible for cashback, capped at ₱200. The rebate will be credited 14 banking days after the promo period ends, the bank said in a statement.

CIMB Pay, powered by QR PH, enables customers to transfer funds, pay merchants, and settle bills with zero fees using their CIMB savings account or REVI Credit. The feature also allows users to personalize their QR codes with different designs for peer-to-peer transfers.

The bank aims to reach 500,000 users in 18 months as part of its push for cashless payments. Future updates will include exclusive deals with brand partners, the bank added.

CIMB Bank PH, which serves over 9 million Filipinos and 4 million loan customers, is part of CIMB Group, the fifth-largest bank in ASEAN.
