China Bank Savings rewarded teachers with a car, three motorcycles and six laptops as part of its National Teachers’ Month 2026 celebration.
The bank joined the Department of Education’s National Teachers’ Month 2026 Visayas Kick-Off in Tacloban City, led by president James Christian Dee.
During the event, the thrift banking arm of Sy-led China Banking Corp. raffled off a 2026 Mitsubishi Mirage, three brand-new Honda Beat motorcycles and six laptops to teacher-winners.
“More than the prizes, today’s celebration reflects our continuing commitment to the educators who dedicate themselves every day to shaping the future of our children,” China Bank Savings said in a social media post.
The bank said its support for teachers extends beyond National Teachers’ Month through its Financial Wellness Program, responsible financial solutions, digital services and more accessible banking.
“To all our teachers, maraming salamat for your dedication, passion, and service to our country,” it said.
