BPI AIA unveils affordable insurance through Messenger

The firm unveiled PamilyaProtect life insurance protection intended for Filipino families.

BPI AIA launched its Available via Facebook Messenger PamilyaProtect a health, life, and accident insurance plan offering protection products that are inclusive, allowing people from all communities easier access to various insurance products.

Bankero Surendra Menon reiterated that the firm aims to create accessible products for every Filipino, no matter what class they belong to.

For the said project, for less than P500 per month, a policyholder can already protect themselves for as much as P2 million, with a Hospital Income Benefit for the main insured at P1,000 per day of confinement due to sickness or accident and Accidental Death, Dismemberment, and Disablement Benefit.

Security Bank Corporation (PSE: SECB) posted net income of PHP9.1 billion in 2023. Total revenues grew 8% year-on-year to PHP43.0 billion. Net interest income increased 19% to PHP34.7 billion.
