Union Bank of the Philippines has promoted 84 executives across its management ranks, with the appointments taking effect on July 1, 2026, as the Aboitiz-led lender strengthens its leadership team.
According to a regulatory disclosure, the bank’s board of directors approved the promotions during its regular meeting on June 26.
The promotions cover three management levels, with 12 vice presidents elevated to senior vice president, 29 assistant vice presidents promoted to vice president, and 43 senior managers advancing to assistant vice president.
Promoted to senior vice president were Mattel P. Luna, Mayumi C. Aromin, Guia G. Bausa, John Basil O. Sace, Atty. Joanna Marie G. Robles, Daryl Sol D. Rodriguez, Gerand Boy O. Elinzano, Ana Margarita T. Oliveros, Juan Carlos D. Ibarra, Karen Lynde Q. Tee, Johanna Mae D. Cruz, and Cecille P. Sta. Teresa.
Those promoted to vice president were Joyce Ann C. Castillo, Noel Christopher C. Lavarias, Caroline P. Quarte, Jefferson A. Galvez, Joanne L. Salandanan, Mayden Joy S.
