The bank kicked off its cloud-related work dedicated to unemployed and out-of-school youth.
BDO Unibank officially began its initiative that aims to provide opportunities to out of school youth. The bank said it officially launched the first batch of on-the-job trainees assigned to work on cloud-related tasks as part of its work to the collaboration of YouthWorks PH and Philippine Business Education (PBEd) with Amazon Web Services (AWS). BDO said the program aims to give free cloud computing skills training for unemployed and out-of-school youth across the Philippines via AWS re/Start.
Said participants will undergo a 3-month training under BDO’s supervision.
