Bankero Arthur Ty pledges P25 million for food programs

Metrobank, through its CSR arm, pledged to help attain affordable food for the country.

In line with its thrust of supporting farmers and affordable food for all, Metrobank Foundation Inc. (MBFI) and GT Foundation Inc. (GTFI), pledged P25 million which shall serve as a grant assistance to support the successful renewal of Kadiwa Centers, which will sell fresh vegetables and other agri products.

The effort is in recognition of the priority development agenda of the President for mitigation of hunger and food insecurity by boosting Filipino farming societies.
