Bilyonaryo Lucio Tan’s Philippine National Bank (PNB) distributed PAL e-gift cards to six of its clients who actively utilize the PNB Digital App.
This initiative was part of the “Bank Easy, Fly Easy” promotion offered to PNB account holders and credit cardholders who either enrolled in or engaged with the digital app between May 18 and July 18, 2023.
The grand prize, valued at P50,000 worth of PAL e-gift cards, was awarded to Thea Marbella from Legazpi City. Thea had been a dedicated app user for over a year.
The winners were selected in the presence of a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry. Five additional winners received P10,000 worth of PAL e-gift cards, although PNB did not disclose their identities.
Damasen Paul Cid, PNB’s first vice president and head of Digital Innovations Group, expressed delight with the positive response to their promotion. “We’re very pleased that people responded well to our promo… Philippine Airlines e-gift cards were the perfect reward for our app users,” he said.
