BDO Unibank has approved the appointment of Rodolfo Mariano Marquez-Lim Siason as executive vice president, seconded to BDO Capital & Investment Corporation, effective July 27, 2026.
Siason is a veteran banker with more than two decades of experience. He is currently chief executive officer and chief country officer of Deutsche Bank AG’s Manila branch, where he oversees its corporate and investment banking operations in the Philippines.
Before joining Deutsche Bank, Siason held senior roles at Citibank in Europe, Singapore, and the Philippines. He worked on corporate finance, capital markets, and clean energy projects, and managed relationships with top local companies and public sector clients.
He began his career at Philippine American Life and General Insurance Company and later worked with Citibank in Manila and Singapore, as well as Siason-Ditching Realty Corporation.
Siason graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Science in Management, with a minor in Marketing.
