Metropolitan Bank & Trust Corp. is sweetening travel to Japan and Korea with a limited-time cashback promotion for its Mastercard® holders.
Cardholders can earn P1,000 for spending between P 50,000 and P299,999, and up to P8,000 for accumulated spending of P300,000 or more on airline tickets and purchases abroad.
The promo runs from Jan. 16 to March 15, 2026, and requires prior registration through the bank’s online portal.
Cashback is limited to one-time use per cardholder and will be credited within 60 days after the promotion ends.
Eligible transactions include both in-store and online purchases in Japan and Korea, as well as airline bookings.
